Professional Air B&B Photography in Leeds and across the Yorkshire area
I'm an experienced architectural & estate agency photographer who also offers photography for Air B&B & Vrbo properties. I'm happy to consider shoots across Yorkshire and Manchester though my work is mainly concentrated in Leeds & Harrogate. I offer professional quality images to enhance your AirBnb or Vrbo listing from just £149 for up to 30 photos, including a mixture of wider room views and scene setting shots to show facilities and points of interest. Quality photos can make your property seem larger, lighter and more beautiful, helping it stand out in online listings.

Q How long does each AirBnb shoot take?
A I allow up to 1 hour for each property, though this is not always required. It gives you time to move things around and finalise your "scene setting" shots.
Q How long does delivery of the photos take?
A Your photos will be delivered via my online gallery, usually within 3 working days of the shoot. If you need delivery within 24 hours this may be available for a small premium, just ask at the time of booking.
Q How much is a professional Air B&B or Vrbo shoot?
A My current rate is £149 for a 2 bed property in the Leeds area. Please add £10 per additional bedroom, unless it's just a tiny box room. As an example, a 4 bed, 3 bathroom property would be £169.
Q Is your mileage included?
A The fee includes mileage within 8 miles of LS16 8JS which covers much of the Leeds/ Otley/ Bradford region. For properties further away mileage will be charged at 40p/ mile. You can calculate this in advance using AA Route Planner.
Q What time of day do you do the Air B&B shoots?
A Usually in the afternoons. If you require evenings, perhaps to get a sunset, then please say so when you enquire.
Q What happens if it rains on the day of my shoot?
A I use professional Canon cameras that are waterproof, so I can shoot for short periods outdoors in the rain. If you have extensive gardens that are a key feature of the property it may be possible to reschedule the shoot on a different day.
Q What about blue skies? Can you replace dull, white skies?
A Yes, the fee includes 2-3 sky replacements for the exterior scenes.
Q How many photos will I get of my property?
A I include up to 30 images as standard though you may get more, especially from larger properties.
Q Can you help minimise certain issues with the property? Eg electricity pylons, neighbouring properties over looking or busy roads?
A Yes. I will do what is possible in camera - this is important as it's honest advertising. I will not photoshop out items because that may be in breach of the ASA code of practice. However, you'll be surprised at what I can do without photoshopping things in and out of images! It's taken years of experience to hone my skills.
Q Are you a professional architectural photographer or do you have a "real job."
A I've been a full time professional photographer for over 10 years. As well as architecture I shoot weddings & events. Photography is my only source of income. You can see more of my architectural photography here.
Q Are you insured?
A Yes, I have the necessary PL & PI insurance required to work in homes, Air B&B's and all other venues.
Q I have a discount code from another client of yours. When do I need to quote it?
A If you have a discount code please quote it at the first enquiry/ phone call.
Q Do you like snacks?
A Oh yes! I love snacks, so if you're using Danish pastries or other delicious items for your scene setting shots please tell me in advance if I am not allowed to eat them!
