To secure your memories for life we use digital vaults in the USA as well as on-site digital drives at our office in Leeds, Yorkshire. It's all too often these days that we see stories of fire, flood and hurricane on the news, this is why we took the decision to safeguard our client's photographs by sending an extra copy overseas.
Our back-up procedures start immediately after your wedding, the first copies of your memories are created before your photographer even goes to bed that night!
During the night, the RAW files start their journey to the USA, to be replaced later on by the fully processed versions once processing in the UK has been completed.
None of us know what the future holds, but whatever happens, Ollievision aims to be able to replace your photographs should your own copies be lost, damaged or stolen.

- The wedding photographer who was burgled several days after shooting a wedding. She had left the memory card in the camera, without downloading it or backing it up. The client's only set of wedding photos was stolen along with the camera.
- The wedding photographer who left the memory card in his jacket pocket. A week later he got into a fight at a funeral, wearing the same jacket he had worn to the wedding. He was evicted from the premises for fighting and returned the next day hoping to collect his jacket, which was gone. The client's only set of wedding photos was never found.
- A photographer who conscientiously backed up to multiple local drives was burgled and lost her computer and all the backup drives. All her career's work was taken and never recovered.
