It was a very hot and surprisingly windy summer's day when Rob & Ari married at Wood Hall Hotel in Linton, North Yorkshire. Thankfully, Ari's hairdresser had invested in a great deal of hairspray and no matter how much the wind blew her hair did not move - at one point her veil was actually on Rob's head - but her hair looked immaculate!
There was plenty of time for group photos and for bridal portraits between the ceremony and the reception, so we took advantage of the lovely hotel grounds and went for a wander to take photos in various locations. After the drinks reception and photos a delicious meal of roast beef and Yorkshire puddings was served.
The three-tier wedding cake, shown below, was in fact a giant cheesecake. It's the biggest cheesecake I've ever seen and my only regret about this wonderful wedding is that I forgot to get a piece of it!
